The Journal Mailbox Email Archival Solution offer the necessary functionality that industry, commercial and regulatory requirements dictate on the long term retention and backup of emails. The solution ensures a copy of all emails sent and received by an organisation are stored in a tamper proof archive for a designated period of time.

The Journal Mailbox Email Archival solution allows you to purchase and store an unlimited* amount of email data in a secure Archive Store. A Mailbox Archive Policy is provided with the service, which determines when messages are copied to the Archive Store and "stubbed".

Archive Storage is purchased as required by the Archive Administrators through the Control Panel portal. Journal Mailbox must be enabled for all mailboxes in an organisation, additional storage is available to purchase when required.

Nominated Archive Administrators have the capability to perform Cross Archive Search,  which is an auditable search across the entire Archive Store.
